Mechanical Assemblers-1st Shift - GO FOR THIS POSITION

Available shifts: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm)
POSITION SUMMARY

She or He, will use various machines, air tools, and hand tools such as pneumatic rivet guns, drills and screw guns to insert hardware into sheet metal components. May include assembling piece parts into larger assemblies, and working in an assembly line meeting production schedules and quality requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to read and understand all instructions given by supervisor.
  • Ability to use various machines, air tools, and hand tools such as pneumatic rivet gun, drills and screw guns to insert hardware.
  • Possesses strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Possesses electrical mechanical assembly experience.
  • Must be computer literate, have solid print reading skills and capable of following printed and online work instructions.
  • Good communication and training skills.

Grinder/Deburr Operators - GO FOR THIS POSITION

Available shifts include: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm)
POSITION OVERVIEW

Finish/Polish rough edges and clean metal parts using variety of grinders, files, buffing wheels and sanders according to highest quality standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Grind/Deburr metal parts eliminating sharp edges using vibratory deburr (Autosander, stationary grinding wheel, hand grinder, etc.).
  • Clean and dry parts from stamp using solvents.
  • Sling oil out of chips using chip slinger
  • Count parts to help verify correct quantities throughout manufacturing operations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma, Equivalency (GED), or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 or more years’ experience in grinding/deburr department. (Training available)
SKILLS
  • Must demonstrate ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Close attention to detail, good interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding work ethic

General Shop Production Laborer - GO FOR THIS POSITION

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Operate machinery and hand tools to assist in the production process
  • Spot-check quality of work by periodically using measuring equipment and visual inspection.
  • May begin to learn set-up procedures on simple parts.
  • Assist in the loading of materials to the production lines
  • Perform periodic housekeeping in the dept., and cleaning of machines to ensure efficient operation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • You will need a good work ethic, have dependable transportation, be at work on time, and willingness to learn
  • Familiar with production equipment and machinery
  • Attention to detail in favor of identifying defects
  • Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required
  • Able to stand for long hours at a time
  • Desire to learn new skills and cross-train in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lean how to read a simple to complex blueprints.
  • Ability to read, write, perform basic math.

  • Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)

Driver - GO FOR THIS POSITION

POSITION SUMMARY

Pick up and deliver parts and materials to various company locations and outside locations throughout the metroplex area while maintaining all equipment and truck driver federal and state transportation regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Responsible for service of assigned truck including all fluid levels, gas, oil, tire pressure, etc. to safely operate company equipment.
  • On time pickup and delivery to all dispatched locations including company locations and vendor locations throughout the metroplex area.
  • Check items for proper packaging to ensure proper condition of delivered items.
  • Keep up to date on all required transportation and company safety rules and regulations.
  • Provide minor roadside repairs such as tire changing, light bulb changing.

Shipping and Packaging Clerk GO FOR THIS POSITION

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Responsible for the retention and verification of all shipping records, checked against bills of lading, invoices, and orders. Verifies that materials received are as ordered in both type and quantity. Route incoming items to various departments or other locations. Prepares appropriate documentation for domestic or international shipments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Maintains files and records of shipping and receiving documents for domestic and international transactions
  • Prepares documentation for shipment of materials, parts, finished goods and related items
  • May check items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination and routing are correct
  • Verifies that materials received are as ordered in both type and quantity
  • May route incoming shipments to proper departments or other destination
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assists various departments with problems or questions concerning facilities
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in shipping and receiving department activities
  • TRAINING REQUIRED
SKILLS:
